With regular appearances before the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Family Court of Australia and Magistrates Courts he is well versed in pursuing his client’s interests to a favourable outcome.

Coming to practise Law from prior employment in the military, his strong work ethic and polite but no-nonsense candour with opposing parties allow him to settle matters in difficult circumstances.

Grant advises on all aspects of family law including divorce, property settlements, parenting and financial matters, child support and domestic violence matters. Grant is especially interested in complex children’s or property matters where he works hard to achieve a result that is “Just and Equitable” and in the “Best interest of the children.”

As part of our expert team. Grant is able to help you resolve your property or parenting disputes expeditiously and cost effectively through negotiation, arbitration, Mediation or Court Application if necessary. His clients appreciate his measured approach and reassuring manner.

Grant loves communicating with and helping people, that is what drew him to practice in Family Law. Grant understands that separation and all matters to which separation is connected can be a very emotional and stressful experience. Helping you, getting you through this difficult time and achieving the best outcome possible for you is what motivates and drives Grant.

Grant is compassionate and caring but also direct and outcome focussed. He will listen to your circumstances and goals, work with you to provide understandable advice about your legal rights and entitlements and plan a cost effective and swift path to resolution.

Interests

Outside of work hours, Grant enjoys keeping fit and active in the gym and in the practice of both Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu martial arts. He is regularly outdoors camping, hiking or mountain biking. His greatest passion is his family including his three beautiful daughters.
