Samuel is an experienced Criminal Defence lawyer who has successfully represented many clients in crippling situations with different backgrounds.

He is well known for his ability to critically assess a case and meticulously implement the best course of action to achieve a desired outcome. This includes charges being downgraded or withdrawn by gathering and presenting crucial evidence against the prosecution’s case.

He has appeared as an outspoken advocate in the New South Wales and Queensland Local, District and Supreme Courts, regarding matters ranging from assault charges, drug possession/supply, mental health applications, sexual assault, larceny, drink driving, domestic violence, traffic charges and firearm charges.
