Joseph is an experienced litigation lawyer with strong interests in commercial disputes, personal injuries and immigration law. After being admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a Lawyer at just the age of 20, Joseph has advised and acted for private clients, local businesses, large corporations, government clients and foreign government owned corporations.
Before joining TWC Lawyers, Joseph was a partner at a firm specialising in civil litigation and compensation law.
For many years, Joseph has been assisting the Korean and Vanuatu Consulates in Australia and is well established in the Korean community on the Gold Coast.
